MASSAGE THERAPY

Beyond temporary relief — discover the root cause of your pain and build lasting resilience through targeted massage therapy and movement education.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Combining the knowledge and application of both massage therapy and movement education provides the opportunity of long-term solutions for recurring pain and tension issues. Instead of just temporary relief like many massage sessions, this work focuses on finding the source of pain for faster, ongoing progress.

Our goal is that all ALTIUS clients not only leave our facility feeling better, but that they walk away with a deeper understanding of why they're in pain and what they can do about it. This educational approach helps clients take control of their recovery and maintain progress between sessions.
