At ALTIUS, we want our athletes to move extremely well and to be resilient to injury. We do not only make athletes move through drills, we teach them how to move, and sequentially and systematically teach our athletes the "why" behind the drills. If we can do this at a young age, we can instill GREAT habits that build resiliency and character. Great habits have the potential to not only be a strong foundation of performance, but also an unshakable foundation for life.
ALTIUS Youth Athletic Performance sessions are geared primarily for our younger athletes (ages 9-12). Sessions begin with a fun dynamic warm-up, followed by focused strength, speed, and movement mechanics to develop functional strength and explosive power to become a faster, stronger and more resilient athlete.
