Football Strength and Conditioning Camp

What we do matters. How we do it matters more. At Altius we want our athletes to move extremely well and to be resilient to injury.

We do not only make athletes move through drills, we teach them how to move, and teach the why behind the drills.
Throughout this camp, football players will develop functional strength and explosive power to become a faster, stronger and more resilient player.

ALTIUS is thrilled to be the training partner of PREP athletics!

Our team training consists of the fundamental components of strength, power, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, speed form, and balance. We will address team tendencies and weaknesses to optimize efficiency in sport-specific movements and reduce the risk of injury.

ALTIUS Performance Specialists will design and implement a sport-specific and detailed performance schedule aiming to meet team goals and objectives while maximizing the performance and mechanics of each individual.
