Our Performance Academy sessions offer drop-in convenience and affordability.  Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, focused strength and movement mechanics, and evidence-based  progressions and injury prevention strategies. Sessions are divided according to age and ability.  


M/W/F 4:30-5:30 pm

 Our Lower/Middle School Performance Academy delivers the fundamental components required to build the successful athlete including but not limited to injury prevention, strength, power, explosiveness, speed, agility, flexibility, and balance.


CETIUS [FASTER] ACADEMY: Speed kills.  Learn and develop the skills that will literally separate you from the competition.  Focuses include injury prevention linear sprint mechanics (acceleration, deceleration, max velocity), lateral and retro movements, change of direction, first step explosiveness and more. 

T/TH 6-7pm; Sat 10-11 am  


FORTIUS [STRENGTH] ACADEMY:  Strength is a foundation of athleticism and injury prevention. FORTIUS Academies emphasize building strength the right way through sport-specific and evidence-based periodization and progression. Through our cutting-edge, app-based technology, we will track your performance through a workout plan individualized to you and your goals.

 Altius Team Training consists of the fundamental components of strength, power, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, speed form, and balance and addresses team tendencies and weaknesses to optimize efficiency in sport-specific movements.


Train at our state-of-the-art facility or we can come to you and work into your practice to maximize team strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, ground contact and power.  


Altius Performance Specialists will design and implement a detailed performance schedule aiming to meet team goals and objectives while maximizing the performance and mechanics of each individual.  


Partner/Small Group: Partner/Small Group Training addresses multiple athletes by segmenting them within age and ability-specific small groups.  Similar to 1-on-1 training, small group training offers program design based upon group biomechanics analysis, overall group needs, and sport-specific movement modalities.  The athlete/trainer ratio is kept to a maximum of 6:1. Sessions are arranged with an individual performance specialist


Partner:  $60*-65/athlete

3-6 athletes:  $50/athlete

1-on-1 training maximizes performance by addressing the individualized needs of each specific athlete through a 1-on-1 time with a performance trainer. Full biomechanical movement analysis, goal-setting, sport-specified movement pattern coaching, strength and power training, nutrition consulting and extended program design are built for each athlete. Athlete progress and goals will be regularly assessed.
