Altius Performance is offering a specialized Vertical Jump Class  Starting June 11th through August 1st for volleyball and basketball players looking to take their game to new heights. Under the guidance of our expert coaches, you'll learn advanced plyometrics exercises, strength training technique and cutting-edge strategies to maximize your vertical leap!

ALTIUS SPEED CLASS

SPEED MATTERS!

1/10th of a second is often the difference between

a 3-foot trophy and a participation award. 

SPEED sessions are geared primarily for our younger athletes (lower and middle school) and offer drop-in convenience to deliver all of the fundamental components required to build the successful athlete. ALTIUS SPEED sessions exist to teach and empower athletes to move effectively and efficiently in order to maximize speed, quickness, power, and injury resiliency through evidence and encouragement-based instruction that will show on the field or court.
