  • Open Hip Mtn Climbers, Push Ups, Knee to Elbow Crossover

Backpack Strength Circuit

KB Swings

Snatch

Overhead Squat (weight or dowel/broomstick)

Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

Reverse Lunge to A (Forgot to demo in video!)

Front Squat to Press
