We are thrilled to launch our ADULT KICKSTART program to facilitate and guide you in your fitness journey and to bring out your inner athlete!
36 sessions, 12 Weeks, 3x/week
M/W/F April 4th-June 24th
6 -7am: ONLY A FEW SLOTS REMAINING!
11am-12pm: SLOTS AVAILABLE!

At Altius Performance, our fun, caring and expertly trained fitness professionals create an environment of encouragement and motivation for all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. Through evidence-based training methods and using our state-of-the-art facility and equipment, our fitness professionals will help you to:

The program structure will follow a progressive model, starting with building foundational full body movement fluidity and efficiency using body weight movements. Each week, sessions will progress to more advanced exercises, using various types of resistance training equipment. During each progression, our trainers will teach you to correctly, safely and effectively use.
