GYMNASTICS
COACHES CLINIC

We want to thank you for the opportunity to present and learn with you. We certainly know some things about sports performance, injury prevention and rehab, but will not for a second pretend to know remotely anything close to what you know about gymnastics. We hope you found our presentation beneficial and implementable within your programs. The session notes are accessible within the PDF link below. Additionally, we provided some videos of some of the skips, primal movements and glut band work that were discussed and demonstrated at the clinic. Please follow us on social media @altiusmn and feel free to reach out to us at anytime!
