The Altius Initial Assessment is a free, introductory, fast-paced session for new Private/Semi-Private training clients aimed at getting to know you and your goals while introducing the Altius mission, vision and training methodology.
Athlete Initial Assessments consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength and mobility screens, introductions to acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction mechanics, power testing and an individualized nutrition assessment.
Adult Initial Assessments consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength and mobility screens, introductions to bodyweight/weightroom/cardio exercises and individualized nutrition assessment.
Following the session, the Performance Specialist will break down overall performance, biomechanics, strengths and weaknesses with both the athlete (and the parent(s)). We will then discuss in detail our services, answer any questions that you may have, and together determine the Altius program option(s) to optimize performance and help you reach your goals.
