Exercise is a MAJOR key to success when it comes to weight loss and sustained weight loss, creating lean muscle mass and toning muscles, and overall wellness. HOWEVER.... you cannot out-exercise or out-run a bad diet.  The effects of sub-optimal nutrition can show up in a variety of areas:  certainly the scale, but also in several other areas including but not limited to joint and body inflammation, decreased energy levels, reduced quality of sleep, and hormonal imbalances to name a few. The bottom line is NUTRITION MATTERS A LOT. 

Fad diets VERY rarely work over the long-run, and most individuals gain back the weight they lose. Successful diets are built on consistent, healthy, lifestyle-choices. Consistently coupling quality nutrition with exercise will yield the most dramatic results.

We are very excited for our upcoming mini training block starting on November 28th and finishing on December 30th! In this new training block we will return to body weight movements and mobility during the first week but we will quickly be back in the weight room and turf! Within this new training block we are very excited to begin introducing new mobility movements and new weight lifting exercises. 


As a result of each of our adult athletes making so much progress, our new mobility movements and weight lifting exercises will be advanced but we will focus each week on slowly learning and mastering each new moment and exercise! All ability levels are welcome to join us as we learn together and work as a team to continue the amazing progress we have already made! I hope to see each and every one of you for our new training block and I can’t wait to meet our newcomers!

The program structure will follow a progressive model, starting with building foundational full body movement fluidity and efficiency using body weight movements. Each week, sessions will progress to more advanced exercises,  in which our trainers will teach you to correctly, safely and effectively perform using a variety of resistance equipment.
