Join us for our new ALTIUS res·o·lute 12-week training block! ALTIUS RESOLUTE is a progressive 12-week training program in which we will navigate through phases of muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, and power. Our 3-day/week structure focuses on total-body training, including mobility, joint health, core integrity, cardio, total-body strength training with the primary goal to teach quality movement patterns and body awareness. ALTIUS RESOLUTE classes incorporate a wide variety of movement patterns guided by our expert staff who will meet you where you are at and provide the program, resources and encouragement you need to help you become STRONG! We welcome all ability levels to this model focused around teaching quality movements and body awareness.

The program structure will follow a progressive model, starting with building foundational full body movement fluidity and efficiency using body weight movements. Each week, sessions will progress to more advanced exercises, in which our trainers will teach you to correctly, safely and effectively perform using a variety of resistance equipment.
